It is highly enjoyable and retains its consistency even after cooking.

Ingredients: sorghum flour (57%), millet flour, water, psyllium husk flour
Preparation: Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-4 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste.
