Millet pasta small shell

Gluten-free, small shell-shaped dry pasta made from millet flour

• Highly enjoyable as it tastes similar to traditional pasta.
• Its pleasant yellow colour is due to the addition of a touch of turmeric.

Ingredients: millet flour (87%), water, psyllium husk flour, turmeric powder.

Preparation:  Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 2-4 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste.
