Ingredients: gluten-free flour mixture (millet flour [Poland], quinoa flour), fibre mixture (psyllium husk flour, bamboo fibre flour), golden flaxseed flour
Usage: For making breads and pastries that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, corn flour- and corn starch-free, potato-free, rice-free, high in dietary fibre, does not contain added sugar, added starch and fat.
With this bag, you can make up to 4 loaves of breads [410g each] using the following basic recipe:
Recipe for a bread made with yeast:
Ingredients:
- 225 g flour mixture
- 2 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt,
- 315 g lukewarm water (~40°C)
- 12,5 g fresh yeast, or half a sachet of powdered yeast (3 g)
Suggestion: Mix all the dry ingredients, add the yeast and blend the mixture thoroughly. Pour lukewarm water to the mixture as you continue kneading. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 45-60 minutes in a warm place. On a dry surface form it into a loaf, cover it until the oven heats up. Cut into the dough in 3-4 places. Bake on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper in a preheated oven at 190°C for 70 minutes with top and bottom heating. Leave it to cool on a wire rack and slice as required.
Recipe for 6 buns made with baking powder:
Ingredients:
- 225 g flour mixture
- 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt,
- 315 g lukewarm water (~40°C)
- half a sachet of baking powder (5 g)
Suggestion: Mix all the dry ingredients, and knead the dough thoroughly. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes,then on a dry surface form 6 round or crescent shaped buns from it. Bake on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper in a preheated oven at 190°C for 50 minutes with top and bottom heating. When it’s done, leave them to cool on a wire rack.
