Ingredients: 100% hulled millet
Use: as a side dish, porridge, soup insert, for salads, & sweets.
Preparation: Wash thoroughly under hot running water, then simmer with twice the amount of salt water under a gap-open lid over low heat until soft in about 10-15 minutes. Cover for another 5-10 minutes to include the remaining liquid.
