Basically, you treat lupin coffee the same way you would ground coffee. You can pour hot water on it or prepare it with a filter machine. The lupin powder also works very well in a French press. Since the powder is quite finely ground, you should be careful not to compact the powder too much when using a portafilter or espresso maker. We recommend using 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup, but of course you can vary the amount according to your taste.
